Tony Fernandez – a bad tribute to the Olympic Games 2012

It was a bad tribute to the Olympic Games 2012 cause A BIG FAT GREEDY PIG was  seen carrying the Olympic torch. It was a moment of WORLD’s TRAGEDY when we saw the Olympic torch was carried by a famous UGLY Pirate from Air Asia whose a.k.a. THE STINKY BIG FAT LIAR and his name is Tony Fernandez from Air Asia.

We believe Tony Fernandez torching the Olympic opening was a bad tribute to Olympic Games 2012 because our Malaysians athletes will not win GOLD for the country.

The Devil who likes 666

Tony Fernandez was born a bastard and today he would be showing to the world how bastard behaves in the public. His left his BASTARD trade mark and trails in Malaysia Airlines for Ahmad Jauhari to clean up from the scratch.

Tony Fernandez was a con man who sold pirated CDs at Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur and embarked into a musical industry we believe was to smuggle more pirated CDs of his own supply using a musical industry company’s logo. A lot of people did not realize until at one point of time, the musical industry have had been hit hard with piracy.

Running away from the musical industry after making lucrative bucks was the BASTARD first ideology to venture into buying over the trouble companies that included Air Asia for RM1.

Today, the bastard Tony Fernandez has ventured into Indonesia to buy more trouble companies such as Batavia Air that was struggling with many domestic competitors because Tony Fernandez is blacklisted by the Malaysian’s market for swindling the government to take over Malaysia Airlines which then had the Firefly – a subsidiary of Malaysia Airlines crippled in competing with AirAsia in the domestic segmented markets.

How ridiculously cheap is AirAsia share prices?

Richard Branson has sold his AirAsia 10% shares for USD21 millions because we believe he sold it at par value. So AirAsia shares is not truly RM3.41 as listed in Malaysian market because its par value is only 34.1 cents (ringgit).

Recalling the shares swap that was approved by Dr. Evil Kutty of which a ten percent of AirAsia shares were exchanged with RM2 billions worth of MAS shares – an estimation in USD666 millions. The figure (666) makes us believe the share swap deal was negotiated by  a devil named Tony Fernandez.

Tony Fernandez has been well-exposed by many bloggers including ours in Malaysia and he is now blacklisted nationwide by all Malaysians for having defaulted payment for aviation taxes.

For this reason, Tony Fernandez needs to breathe and start a new leaf in the land of Indonesia. WE believe he carries with his trademark to screw the Indonesian’s competitors by conquering the whole of Indonesian’s markets and eventually also to own all Indonesian’s airlines to carve his trademark “AirAsia – Tony Fernandez” into all Indonesian heads. We thought he may as well tattoo on all Indonesians’s forehead his name Tony Fernandez so to make it easier for him to run his illegal businesses such as smuggling Ecstasy into Indonesia with the help from his co-existed sleeping partner – the Big Boy Bashah A. Aziz who has a very strong link with Deputy _ _???

So, Mr. Prime Minister, do know who is your enemy in your region.

The under-educated Tony Fernandez has the pattern to always making false announcement through the Malaysian media such as STAR. He recently told the local press that AirAsia will buy 76.95 percent stake of Batavia Air this year and the rest by 2013. He was then corrected by the Indonesia government after the Indonesians side declared the Malaysia-based AirAsia will own 49 percent of Batavia Air while its Indonesian unit will control 51 percent in order to comply with Indonesian ownership rules.

Back to the reason of why Richard Branson sold off his 10% shares in AirAsia. It was because AirAsia has insufficient fund to even pay back the down-payment of large aircraft orders that was last made by Tony Fernandez in Paris in 2011. The yearly revenue AirAsia-Malaysia has been making is only RM4 billions (USD1.2 billions) and the accumulative debts inherited by Tony Fernandez is currently estimated at RM57 billions (USD19 billions).

With AirAsia current yearly revenues, it will need 19 years to repay back its loan to CIMB and clear all debts. Hence, the share swap deal with MAS was inevitable. With the cancellation of MAS/AirAsia share swap deal by the Malaysian Prime Minister, Tony Fernandez has had no choice but to have relocated its headquarter to Indonesia to improve its AirAsia group earnings through buying over Batavia Air for a fresh start and eventually is to control the market in Indonesia by gradually buying over any Indonesia’s trouble airlines.

We all know Tony Fernandez does not own AirAsia anymore because Daim the blood sucker has bought all of the shares from Tune Air Group. And the mere reason that Tony Fernandez has to be STILL the CEO for group AirAsia is because he incurs all of these huge debts for Daim the BloodSucker and so he has to make more money by increasing AirAsia group’s earning to repay all of the debts Tony Fernandez has incurred for AirAsia before he is to be let off from AirAsia by Daim the Blood Sucker Vampire.

Daim the Blood Sucker is smart and owns Tony Fernandez for now because he has all dirty records belong to Tony Fernandez.

Per se, all Malaysia Airlines workers got to be prepared for another come back episode by Tony Fernandez to fulfill his three big DREAMS that are;

(1)  Tony Fernandez is to own the Ferrari sport club and he now owns Caterham Club.

(2)  Tony Fernandez is to own a football club which at present is Queen Park Ranger and if he has more funds, he would’ve gone for better club.

(3)  Tony Fernandez final dream to own his own a national carrier that is Malaysia Airlines.

To MAS workers, we have not FORE-warned you and you shall not let your guard down and do stay vigilant and be vigilante about the existence of NUFAM – it is a backup plan to bring back Tony Fernandez by linking the top management to Tony Fernandez so to be able to collaborate once again.

AirAsia – The failing low cost airline in the region

The first failing airline of a low-cost concept in Asia-Pacific region is AirAsia – TheConAirliner (TCA). The master planning by Tony Fernandez for AirAsia has failed unexpectedly from his organizational infrastructure that fully support unsuccessful execution in view of now that Tony Fernandez is indeed a creative WMD (Weapon of Mass Destruction). His fine creativity of WMD is a reflection of his gradual slope in his management.

AirAsia never stops cheating its customers and it continues to promote its misleading and fraud deals to the public. But for how long is this going to be? For Tony Fernandez; cheating is a new trend of business ideology which he learned from his late mother who sold tupperware for a living.

Tony Fernandez is the first idiot who adopted the modern psychological warfare in airlines industry; slacken his management via his hunger for suicidal decision. Tony Fernandez is a greedy famish pig who wanted every airlines deal for himself thinking he’s a genius aviation man.

Until he fell from the ladder he was trying to climb through his underground fast-track lane; he still is the same “never learned” pig-asshole fat boy.

Tony Fernandez’s failure in its collaboration with the Malaysian National Airlines – MAS and his most recent failure in securing his board of directorship with Japanese National Airlines predicted his next failure to secure the India’s most popular cities – Mumbai and Delhi.

Mumbai and Delhi do not welcome Tony Fernandez. Tony thought his smart ideas penetrating airlines business into India market will secure him another hub-based in India. His con-job on IPO had the India’s investors fooled. AirAsia’s share prices changed for “before and after” signing of agreement with Indian investors. Before signing – AirAsia’s shares were at RM3.50 but after having closed a deal with the Indian investors – AirAsia’s shares dropped dead to RM2.20.

There’s one principle that Tony fails to adopt is the discipline of the Japanese that would never try telling lies to the shareholders. The Japanese counterpart will not follow Tony’s sly way bullshitting for AirAsia Japan by falsely declaring the airline was making profit when it was actually making a huge losses amounted to RM113 million.

Unlike AirAsia Malaysia; it’s still making losses in its balance sheet and it declared profits from AirAsia’s credits combined with the 6 months pre-paid sales of airfares. In reality; Tony uses his credits that he owes to MAS for aircraft’s maintenance as top-up profits for AirAsia’s account. Until todate; AirAsia’s shareholders still received zero dividend for falsifying accounts.

AirAsia parted ways with Japan’s All Nippon Airways (ANA) when it sold its 49% stake in AirAsia Japan to ANA in June this year. Both airlines had clashed over management and operational differences followed by losses amounting to ¥3.5 billion (RM113 million).

Fernandes, 49, has publicly said that he wants AirAsia to re-enter the Japanese market and is on the lookout for Japanese-Indian financial partners.

“We’ve just got to look for the right one this time because we screwed up the last time,” he added.

When Tony said “Japan was a disaster. Our partner didn’t understand what we wanted,” he actually meant that the Japanese counterpart didn’t want to lie for him.

Tony’s next con-job really had the Thailand’s Prime Minister accepted his idea to fly long haul via Bangkok to Los Angeles using  AirAsia X’s new Airbus jet order – A330-300.

25th September 2013 – AirAsia X has revealed it is getting closer to launching its new long-haul division in Thailand after confirming in a filing to the Malaysian stock exchange last week that it had reached agreement with Thai AirAsia chief Tassapon Bijleveld and Julpas Kruesopon, a businessman and advisor to Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra, to formally incorporate the business.

The joint venture, called Thai AirAsia X, marks the first overseas foray by AirAsia X, the long-haul arm of Asia’s largest low-cost airline by passengers.

Although not formally part of the AirAsia Group the business has common shareholding with the other airline interests.  In the statement Thai AirAsia X said it submitted an application for an air operator’s license on June 20, 2013 and expects approval to be granted by end of this month when it will then apply for an air operator’s certificate.

As predicted; Tony Fernandez isn’t as smart as he thinks he is as an aviation man. Thai Airways fly from Bangkok to Los Angeles using B777-200/300 long-range aircraft for a flight time of more than 14 hours up to 18 hours. His latest order for 25 A330-300 airbus jet could fly a longer range where he also leases 6 A340 jets from airbus to deliver a one-two punch by 2015 to MAS and Malindo Airways especially after the Malaysian National Airlines rejected Tony’s initiative and collaboration to penetrate Los Angeles whilst Malindo Airways is busy attractting millions of AirAsia’s regular FED-UP flyers.

Whilst Tony Fernandez is planning his next route penetrating Los Angeles; his collaborative double agent CEO of MAS Ahmad Jauhari is tasked to end MAS oldest route KL – TYO – LAX by 2014 before he leaves MAS paving ways for AirAsia X to launch its first long haul route into United States of America via Kuala Lumpur. This will be Tony’s hardest punches for Malaysia Airlines after CEO Ahmad Jauhari contract ends.

Ironically, soon after Tony had the under-tabled discussion with the Thailand Prime Minister to accept his landing rights for Los Angeles to Bangkok; Thailand Prime Minister Yingluck initiated for amnesty bill passed for her cloned brother Thaksin to return home from exile. Consequently Yingluck faces street violent protest and fled from being captured by her protestors. The latter is calling for new election to calm the protestors.

Tony has his right hand wing flown to Los Angeles to discuss the landing rights for both routes i.e. LA – Bangkok and LA – KL (via Taipei). If FAA approved AirAsia X to fly directly from KL; Tony Fernandez will firmly deliver his punches to MAS workers who got his ass kicked out of Malaysia Airlines.

AirAsia has a bad record of its safety performance over the last one decade as compared to Thai Airways;

  • 8 November 2004 – On AirAsia Flight 104, the Boeing 737 plane carrying 111 passengers and five crew skidded while landing. Three passengers – a five-year-old girl and two women – were injured while evacuating from the plane and received outpatient treatment at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
  • 14 December 2005 – The Kota Kinabalu International Airport was closed for a few hours after an AirAsia plane burst a tire on landing. There were no injuries in the 10.30pm incident.
  • On 10 January 2011, AirAsia Flight 5218 skidded on the runway whilst landing. The incident occurred around 10:15pm during a heavy downpour. Four passengers were rushed to Sarawak General Hospital, believed to have suffered from health complications.
  • 3 August 2012 – On AirAsia Flight 5187 from Miri to Kuala Lumpur was scheduled to take off at 7.40pm. Furious passengers had their journey delayed for over an hour as a result of a man’s emphatic decision not to remain on the plane until take off. A witness said that as the plane was about to take off, the man suddenly opened the emergency doors and leapt out. On-duty flight attendants reportedly said they were powerless to stop him from opening the emergency exit and jumping out once the plane had started to move on the runway.

For Yingluck to have approved AirAsia X – a subsidiary of AirAsia to take long haul flight away from Thai Airways that basing on AirAsia’s bad safety record; is a bad luck for the Ying-luck. Ying-luck now turns Bad-Luck! Corruption does not choose its gender and Yingluck is a fool to have fallen into her bad-luck at this stage.

For public knowledge on Tony The Scumbag’s strategy; he always applies espionage as his gateway to heaven! Tony Fernandez will do anything to survive from the fierce competition including bribing the middle management of  MAS to screw up the operations and paying top-dollars to Ahmad Jauhari; Azhari Dahlan; Zaharah Zaid and remain as the champion eventhough his AirAsia’s debts-growth rose and tripled to maximum.  Tony’s next con-job is to shake those who rejected his proposal and initiatives – Revenge will rise!

Stay tuned to us for more updates on this scumbag – Tony Fernandez the pig asshole fat boy!

AirAsia’s scams and lies – Part V

Previously exposed here have been receiving very serious feedback from flyers of AirAsia.

Natasha wrote;

We have had nothing but endless complaints about the budget air line air asia even complaining to the CEO Mr Tony Fernandez himself gets you nowhere now that should tell you what type of air line this is. We are not letting this slip by and we will be seeking and taking all avenues to make this airline reimburse us what we are due. Advise to future travelers think twice about this carrier as it may be cheap but the problems you have after are what cost you thousands.

Chong wrote;

The previous article is a little outdated but still good for others to know. Scoot Airlines have already started but fly very few routes. In fact, the scam-like practices of AirAsia is even more now. I have these to share…..

(1) In the beginning, AirAsia do correspond via phone calls or e-mails. They cancelled one of my flight booking and all 4 of us lost a total of over RM2,000 due to no fault of ours. During the correspondence process, they change people and e-mail address several times and after one year, they told me they don’t have records of my booking anymore and that any seek for refund cannot be later than 6 months.

(2) Beware of their flight time change trick. Once they changed their flight time to more than 45 mins(I think now they change to 60 minutes) delay so we decided to cancel our flights and opt for full refunds. Their staffs in Malaysia will not give you any acknowledgement in black and white. They will tell you it’s standard procedure and not to worry. So we canceled the trip plan. Few days later, they rescheduled their time again to be earlier and denied that I have ever seek for refund as there wasn’t any records on their side.

(3) Now they don’t even entertain you in person for any refunds. All refund-seeking process in Malaysia must be done via their e-form, of which you will have no prove that you have submitted it.

(4) In Malaysia, they have reduced the airport tax amount and increased the “admin or other fees” amount several times so that you will not get any airport tax refund for missed flights(after lessing out their processing fee).

(5) My worst experience was when a friend of mine whom I booked the tickets for him cannot make it for the trip when he was hospitalized due to old age sickness.

AirAsia told me I can get refunds for cancellations due to medical reasons but after going through all the problems of getting the medical documents, they keep changing their requests hoping that I will give up seeking the refund. When I finally met all their demand, they told me I shall not get a full refund but have to minus some “processing fee” charges. I have no choice but to accept since a dollar is still a dollar. Guess what ? They told me the money cannot be returned to my credit card which pay the tickets but can only be returned in a form of a credit shell that must belongs to the passenger concerned and he must have an AirAsia account and e-mail address to process it.

Huh !! The passenger is already dying in the hospital and if he had an e-mail address or AirAsia account, he probably don’t need me to buy the tickets for him earlier.

(6) In another instance, which is quite similar to no. 5 above, a friend of mine purchased some tickets with his own AirAsia account but paid by my credit card. When he seek for refund due to flight cancellation, they told him the refund cannot go to him but to my credit card. See the irony?

I am sure they are other “tricks” they used that I am unaware.

My advice to anyone is “be prepared to lose your money if you fly with AirAsia and only if you can really get cheap tickets and worth your risk”.

Recently(2013) I have seen their fares on offer are the same price for the same period, offered 3 times; and some of their AirAsiaX fare is in fact even cheaper during their 2nd and 3rd time offer.

Lawrence wrote;

I recently booked 4 tickets (including 2 kids – Air Asia do not provide special fare for kids unlike MH) from KL to Langkawi at RM608. I reached airport late by 5 minutes and asked to go by baggage security (have only laptop bag without laptop) even before I went near the Airlines boarding counters and asked to go around unnecessarily instead of going through a straight path.

This took another 5 minutes and when reached counter they just go through my online ticket and kept on trying from their mobile phone and told boarding closed and pls check at another counter who can help. At the next counter he told I am 15 minutes past before boarding closed and told I should take another flight. I was astonished at their lethargic reply when I pleaded that I entered around 40mins before boarding time close so can you consider it. He informed me very cool the next flight is one hour behind and pay 1230RM.

I understood it is complete cheating with all the latest methods if you think it is legal (it may be). I am not interested to travel by another flight when my earlier booked seats sold to another 4 people who might bought it with high price and they are trying to squeeze more from me. I asked them to refund and he informed only airport tax be refunded per person RM8. My family is waiting with all hopes flying to the island and imagine my situation. So beware!

Agreed with the details of the scam about refunds, I booked and paid in December 2011 for 3 people flying Phuket – Christchurch return, and have had nothing but lies and broken promises regarding refund… I am seeking other people to explore a class action against these scammers, cheats and liars.

Larisa Smirnova wrote;

I booked my trip online and paid for it, however after the payment my webpage went blank so I did not obtain the reservation number for the trip. My Bank confirms that the transaction went through, however I received no confirmation from Air Asia, and Air Asia reps could not find my reservation in your system (using neither my name, nor my email address, phone number). They could confirm that they charged me, and promised that they would refund me within 30-60 days. I am really scared to see this page on Fb… Will I be able to get my refund?

Bought 3 flight tickets from them on April 19, 2013. May 24, they cancelled ALL their June 15 flights leaving Clark – my flights affected. They sent a generic email with no new schedules. We had to beg beg beg for them to send us updates or the next steps. Had to beg, plead and bugged them for 2 weeks before they sent us our booking status. Filed for refund as the new schedule didn’t fit well in our schedule (and who else would trust them given the quality of customer service they provide). if getting updates and schedule were a real bother and pain in the (&(*00. Wait til you file for refund! They told me refund process must take a process of 30 Banking days. BUT, the 30 Banking days would start once their team acknowledge my refund case. Unfortunately, they are not acknowledging my refund request. They won’t put it in their system. I feel robbed in broad daylight. Much like modern day theft. They got my money as early as April 19. Cancelled my flights and gave me unfavorable flights. It’s now June 7 and I still don’t have my money back. They won’t even acknowledge my refund claim!

Come to think of it, they get people’s money, they hold on to it for months. They don’t give the flights you paid for. They hold on to your money some more. You (might) settle for a schedule you hate rather than not get your money back. And, if by chance, you get lucky and you get your money back after 10,000 years, they give it back without paying interest. They don’t need to borrow from banks. The naive people give them their money — free and without interest.

Safety Concern & Excess Baggage RIP OFF- Air Asia
My first and LAST booking with Air Asia

SAFETY Concern:
Air Asia are placing monetary gain for “Hot Seats” ahead of safety!
RE: 31st July flight AK1948 departing Kuala Lumpur at 6.45pm
My seat on this flight was directly behind the 2 Emergency Exits rows, seat 15E.

Of the 12 seats within the Emergency Exit rows only 2 seats were taken, 13C and 13F. I was one of the first to board and at NO time were these two passengers approached by Air Asia staff. They were NOT asked whether they were happy to assist in case of an emergency AND at NO time were they instructed by staff how or when to activate the emergency exits.

This is something I have NEVER seen on a flight before and I have flown with many carriers Qantas, Jetstar, Virgin, Thai, British and Tiger airlines.

These seats are charged an additional fee for the “Hot Seats”.The person in 13F was a very small lady who may not have been capable to assist in case of an emergency.

Why were these people not instructed by Air Asia staff?

What is Air Asia’s policy if no emergency exit seats are booked?

Excess Baggage – What a “RIP OFF” by Air Asia:

On my return trip from Hobart to Bangkok I booked to bring my bicycle back.

I have never transported a bike before so I was unsure of the weight. I initially booked 15kg Sports Equipment with Air Asia at a cost of $45 AUS.

I was surprised when I booked the bike in at Hobart with Virgin Airlines that it weighed 20kg. This did not impact the cost from Virgin as I had booked for 1 piece of baggage which provided for weight up to 23kg. I flew from Hobart to Melbourne on 30th July and was flying with Air Asia the next day.

I logged onto the Air Asia internet site that night with the intention of increasing the weight for my bike from 15 to 20kg. The site would not allow me to access my booking. This was a surprise as Australian airlines do not allow you to finalise your booking until the last 48 hours prior to flying.

Air Asia promote pre-booked baggage saves you 66%, so when I was unable to increase the weight I expected to pay an additional $20 – $30.

I was HORRIFIED when I was asked to pay an ADDITIONAL $200 AUS!!!!

I was extremely frustrated and spoke with a manager who advised there was absolutely nothing that she could do. All Natasha could say was “I understand your frustration, I would be extremely frustrated too”. As I was in transit I had no option but to pay the whopping $200 fee, or leave the bike at the airport.

Upon my return I emailed Air Asia requesting a refund of the excess baggage charge. Their response was the charge was in line with their excess baggage fees.

I then phoned Air Asia who responded with:

1. Why did you pay the fee in the first place? As I said earlier I was in transit, I had two options pay the fee or surrender the bike.

2. I was told if I was an Air Asia member I could have accessed the booking.

Once I booked the flight with Air Asia they invited me to become a member and I did join. But because the booking was prior to the membership the booking was not referenced.

3. Why didn’t you phone Air Asia?
Did not cross my mind, all airlines promote do it yourself via the internet.

I wish to share my HORRIFYING experience of Air Asia with as many people as I can. DO NOT fly Air Asia, I certainly will never fly with them again.

This is how they closed their emailed response to my inquiry:

“We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We truly appreciate your valued patronage and we look forward to serve you better in the future.”

AirAsia’s scams & lies – part IV

OutSyed the blogger received a petition from Wilson Augustine Miranda against AirAsia’s scams imposing expensive online transaction processing fees to Credit Card Users. We say again this is one of AirAsia’s scams & lies and it’s all illegal courses.

Here is the content of the petition;

Dear All,

I have initiated a petition via against Air Asia to remove the ‘RM16.00 Convenience Fee’  for online transactions which only appears until you fill in your credit card details.

This convenience fee is totally unnecessary as most airlines do not impose such charges.

Let’s stamp put this ‘unnecessary charge’ and pressure Air Asia to remove this convenience fee. Otherwise other airline may follow suit.

With the required amount of signed petitions, I will forward this to the Domestic Trade and Consumers Ministry  for their further action.

If you agree, please not only sign the petition but forward to all your cyber friends, relatives and face book contacts and those whom comment at your blogs.

Also please ask them repeat this process with their friends , relatives, face book and cyber contacts.   What have we got to lose?

Air Asia is a cheat – Now Everyone Can Buy Air Asia’s Tickets but Cannot Fly

AirAsia suspends daily flights to Colombo

Air Asia a.k.a. the No-frills airlines also a.k.a. the Low Caste Carrier (LCC) will be withdrawing daily flights from Kuala Lumpur to Colombo, Sri Lanka effective February 26, 2013 due to commercial reasons.

Endangering the public’s safety is Air Asia’s priority.

Malaysiaairlinesfamilies say it is obviously crystal clear that Air Asia is scrapping its daily flight from Kuala Lumpur to Colombo vice-versa due to its impending AOC that’s expiring in March 2013 which may not be extended for the good of the public.

It said that affected passengers have a choice to move their flights to an earlier date, to or from Kuala Lumpur or Colombo. This is without any extra charges, subject to availability of seats or they will be offered a credit shell for the value they paid, with validity of three months or a full refund.

Air Asia passengers who are affected by the withdrawal of this route will be offered options to alleviate any inconvenience that might occur and each affected passenger will be notified via their registered member email account, as well as an SMS notification of the route termination. Air Asia’s customer service staff will also notify each affected guest via phone on the options available to them.

Air Asia will also be cancelling its daily flights to Clarke; Philippine for the very same reason.

And Air Asia’s share prices start dropping fast from 2.93

Do you know that Air Asia stop paying out dividend to shareholders since 2007?

Air Asia’s net Financing Cash flow (FCF) from 2007 to 2011 (above)

We could probably be wrong; however judging from its escalating present internal politics inside Air Asia – we do believe Air Asia will not survive in term of its lifespan that has reached the peak of mountain “Chapter 11”.

Air Asia is running out of cash-pumping strategy to sustain its unprofitable low cost business which has bigger plan to become the largest Low Caste Carrier (LCC) in Asia Pacific Region. It looks to us Air Asia is gonna falling hard and failing many shareholders.

It’s called BOOMERANG….Tony boy!

The remaining shareholders of Air Asia should have learned from the rich Knight who left Air Asia earlier even before Air Asia start soaking into massive debts with Tony Boy unsound strategy in buying Airbus planes with no place to dump and no airlines to buy from Air Asia – Group Tune Air.

Tony Boy has cracked his head by pumping more cash and more borrowings to improve Air Asia’s share prices that had crashed much since Malindo Airways exits. This sounds like Tony boy got shaken by Malindo Airways. Whilst Air Asia is paying bits of its peanut to its workers; Tony Fernandez continues rewarding himself a better pay of RM2 million increased from his RM7 million to RM9 million in 2011.

TFremunationDoes he really care for his workers?

Tony Fernandez has the habit to fix dead salaries for Air Asia’s workers.

Figure 1

The average salaries and wages including of bonuses and allowances for each worker is at RM4,000++ per month. This figure taken for total workers in Air Asia is  from Tony’s blog where he claimed that Air Asia has 9,000 workers since 2011. Mathematically, the Air Asia financial statement for 2011 agreed with a take home pay of more than RM4,000 for each worker of Air Asia.

Air Asia has fast track promotion. Unfortunately those promotion pathetically do not come with an increment. If you’ve worked for Air Asia since 1997 – your salary will still be remained stagnant based on the last drawn salary as of year 1997.

Tony boy claimed Air Asia is doing well. The figure 1 above proves otherwise (passenger seats). The passenger seats had only 7% improvement despite Firefly was terminated by Tony boy after he became MAS board of director during the share-swap with Malaysia Airlines. Though the share swap between Malaysia Airlines and Air Asia is over; Tony Fernandez will not give up on Malaysia Airlines to another new owner.

On the contrary, the figure below proven different but real story of Air Asia which Tony Fernandez claimed otherwise that Air Asia is doing well. Rather he’s reluctant to reveal the number of dormant companies within the Group Air Asia that significantly establishing the facts on Air Asia isn’t performing well at all.

Only seven out of twelve subsidiaries of Air Asia is still in operating modes. That’s less than 60% of survivability not including Group Tune Air that have more airplanes to sell without the buyers.

Served you well Tony Boy and you certainly deserve this cause of effect for cheating the public.

Stay tuned to malaysiaairlinesfamilies more updates on Air Asia’s scammy businesses.

Air Asia is a cheat and so is Tony Fernandez!

Last year in 2011 Air Asia had ordered 100 planes from Airbus Company and the shares went viral –  RM3.68 and more but this year Air Asia shares had dropped drastically to RM2.53 per share even after Tony Fernandez announced the Airbus order of another 100 planes. It looks like the public is extremely aware of the con-job performing by Tony Fernandez. Look at this chart carefully – the market watch report.

It’s a sign of distress that Air Asia not just facing the wrath from the public unsatisfying over its latest scamming businesses conducted by Air Asia which is now worldly renowned.

The market watcher on STAR website permanently displayed Air Asia’s share at RM2.78. Isn’t this evidence of cheat by Air Asia’s group CEO Tony Fernandez who’s also the board of director for STAR publication? Now everyone could be cheated.

The actual share prices for Air Asia as at 31st December 2012 is?

Truly Tony Fernandez is a dick head who only knows how to cheat!

No one in Australia can be cheated or misled especially the Australian’s effective enforcement that Melbourne Federal Court imposed a huge fine of Aussie dollars 300,000 on Air Asia and Air Asia X for its misleading website information cheating its customers concealing the charges of taxes.

Now Everyone Can be Cheated and how to cheat Customer? Tony Mother Fucker Fernandez will answer with his middle finger to all his customers who claimed for refund with Air Asia.

Try claiming for refund with Air Asia – you will be exhausted with all the pushing around formula designed by Air Asia Group CEO Tony Mother Fucker Fernandez. He makes sure you will give up with all the hurdles he places for your to go through until you learn your lesson that never tried to claim for refund with Air Asia ever again.

The solid reason behind this fluctuated chart on Air Asia’s shares performance is that it keeps dropping by the angry customers who’re also the shareholders that would not trust anymore on Tony Fernandez and Air Asia over their scamming businesses deals. It’s always the saying you can cheat your customer once but never for twice. Having you learned the lesson yet Tony boy? How’s your court cases (huge cases) going? It’s about to explode Air Asia’s pocket soon. Our wish for good luck to Tony boy yeah if you could survive in 2013.

Air Asia’s airfares to Johore Bahru has been on the rising mode lately. This year was this figure with regular fare at RM72.00;

Look at next year 2013 airfares for Johore Bahru

Air Asia has increased its airfares quietly at the rates of 10% percent per year but the salaries and wages for his workers has yet be increased since 1997. A con man is always the con-man. Even he has to con his workers by scheduling them the longest working hours on earth anyone could find in any companies. Our commentator informed us Air Asia’s cabin crew have to work for 140 hours in a month.

Isn’t this already violating the Malaysian employment act where workers can reached most of 39 hours per week for non-shift category worker?

The amount of working hours for cabin crew is already exceeded 24 hours in a month and yet it’s condoned by the Ministry of Human Resource who keep busy in getting NUFAM the not so secret but open ballot to cheat for recognition with MAS. The world now is watching on how the corrupted Ministry of Human Resource and his even more corrupted cougar minister gonna destroy the Malaysian workers part by part in Malaysia by provoking the Malaysian workers at this time when the election is so very near.

Mr. Prime Minister; isn’t that crystal clear these two ministers of yours are sabotaging the ruling coalition for the upcoming election? Better do something fast by removing these moles from the Parliament by first suspending their ministerial duties until further notice before a group of workers are on the street on strike on the day of the 13th Election.

Not only Air Asia is a cheat but the Ministry of Human Resources too is a cheat collaborating with Tony Fernandez provoking all Malaysian workers pursuing wildcat strikes within Malaysia before the upcoming Election.

The history on wildcat strikes in 1979 by the workers of Malaysia Airlines System (MAS) that resulted in the government DE-registered the trade union of airlines employees; allowing only one trade union for foreign airlines employees and one in-house union for MAS employees that sealed the last amendment for Industrial Relations Act in 1980.

Ushering a successful new year 2013 for Malaysia Airlines and its workers. For the DON; we know you’re always our loyal reader but we urge to stop the internal politic fights before you get to destroy Malaysia Airlines more. We are watching you closely and your duty bound is no longer the national duty so be very sensitive with human capital.

AirAsia Scams – More expensive than the budget airlines competitors – Part Ii

Everyone can fly?

Yup! That’s true!

For AirAsia – Everyone “too” can be misled with its promising advertisement such as this one!

FreeseatsEverybody now can be deceived by Air Asia as there ain’t any laws protecting the victims (the passengers) for easily falling for Air Asia’s crafty low-cost business strategy.

Already the fact is Air Asia’s AOC is expiring in April 2013 for not complying with regulatory requirement.

Air Asia under Tony the mother fucker continues to deceive the public by tempting them to buy more online tickets into those destinations that Air Asia could not be flying after March 2013. Such advertisement patently is an evidence showcasing Air Asia is drawing to an end deluding the public of its safety performance which now arousing an internal ongoing investigation by the regulator to whether the Malaysian authority should continue approving Air Asia’s flying license for another 2 years or not at all.

It’s a sign of distressed where Air Asia is drenching in huge debts worldwide!!!

Do you know that Air Asia has the best scamming strategy in the world resemble the model adopted by the European Air Asia – The most hated Low Cost Airlines Ryannair? Air Asia had scammed the Malaysia Airport Holding Berhad over millions of ringgit on the aviation tax alone where the Air Asia’s passengers already prepaid during their early bird booking period. So much of scamming business strategy inside Air Asia could be sign of an ongoing economic crisis that the Asia’s largest Low Cost Carrier – Air Asia comports.

Look at the above distressed signage – FREE SEATS by Air Asia. Which seat is really FREE? A technically brilliant swindling strategy. Our investigation concluded there’s technically zero FREE seats but merely the scam to tempt the innocent travelers of their sweats and bloods to book their holiday in prepaid method where Air Asia may not be flying to after next year. You’re STILL PAYING for ALL SEATS!!!

Another trick from Air Asia!

AA3Air Asia Refund Scam has been created by vigilantes for the purpose of informing the innocent travelers – just NOT BY US. The comparison airfares between Air Asia and another Full Service Carrier shows us the real value of Air Asia. Here’s one sample for public viewing;

This airfare above is not inclusive of the “+++++” yet and after “++++” the actual fares is here below!

AA2Air Asia

Air Asia without promo fares is MORE EXPENSIVE than Full SERVICE AIRLINES. Added with its difference is it’s without “FREE” INFLIGHT SERVICES AND “FREE” BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE. So it’s true that Air Asia is more expensive than the other Premium Airlines and here is the evidence.

AA1The Premium Airlines

The misconception we have on Air Asia is its concept of Low Cost Model where we’ve been fooled by Air Asia of its LOW COST AIRFARES which ain’t any low cost at all. It’s truly higher cost than the Premium Airlines. So do you still think Air Asia is that CHEAP and of a LOWER COST?

Should we allow Air Asia to continue MISLEADING us?

We repeat – Air Asia’s AOC is expiring in March 2013 and might not be extended pending its internal investigation by the regulator – Department of Civil Aviation on its obsolete flight safety manual and the operation. Some anonymous postings alerting us some pilots in Air Asia are under the series of medical treatment after a prolong high stressed and burned out. Most recently; the regulator has been alerted of high fatiguing level among its Pilots and Engineering for long working hours – isn’t that violating the land laws?

We do not believe the regulator is doing any good jobs with weightiest investigation on Air Asia’s safety compliance within the regulatory requirement.  Rumor has it the regulator acted out of irrational. Nevertheless, we decline to rumor mongering and we hope the regulator is not B.O.T.

Whilst we keep receiving many threats from Tony The Mother Fucker for defaming his BIG ASS reputation; we decided to teach him the lessons that he will never forget his whole life.

Starting from weeks ago; we’re traveling with Air Asia domestically and regionally to a few destinations taking some photos and videos from the inside of Air Asia’s planes. We could tell the world it’s pretty scary when flying with Air Asia these days and we had to keep changing the plane for at least 4 times in one flight. The first plane gave us impression it had engine problem or perhaps it was weather microcosm .

Much to our surprise it was also the Pilot that was feeling indisposed that day stepped down from the scheduled flight. That it went with our flight being further delayed. We boarded the another plane where this second plane took us a surprise on another engine problem and the third plane had both technicality problem and the crew member showed “unwell” grimaces after long hours inside in the plane. The last plane was alright but it had already delayed our flight and now we’re suing Air Asia for real. So see you Tony Boy in the court pretty soon.

Should you invest in AirAsia X’s IPO? Don’t get scammed by it people and read this important info!!!

I think I’ll say “X” to AirAsia X’s IPO

The draft to SC just published. I had a quick view to see how this low-cost long haul airline is doing and for the IPO, would it be attractive. Let me provide some of the numbers which I have captured.

Still loss making despite profits in FY2010. Seems like FY2012 will not be a good year either. Note the deferred taxation in earlier years of FY2009 and FY2010

Notice the tapering off in revenue especially for FY2012. This could be perhaps due to the moving of routes from London, Paris, Christchurch to other shorter lower priced destinations like Sydney, Osaka and Beijing. It seems that competition is different for Airasia X. Airasia, the parent had a good headstart of competing against a poorer and weaker MAS. However, probably for the long haul, competition is different. It could be against many other airlines which uses Malaysia as hub. They could also be of much stronger competitors as compared to MAS. AirAsia X additionally could be selling more discounted price seats as compared to short haul flights.

One example, anyone who flies to Sydney, may opt for connecting via Singapore and uses SIA. In a short haul flight, if I am to fly to Bangkok, my options are lesser. No stopover for sure, hence the short haul Airasia is a very good point to point airline. In a short haul flight, a 30% lower in air-ticket price is an important decision making factor for someone to choose.

For a longer haul flight, it will be harder for AirAsia X to reduce costs as the major cost, it seems is fuel costs – up to 60%, which is a major problem for a low costs airline as it is much harder to reduce that part of the costs. Ancillary revenue does not seem to be a major factor than I thought it would. As much as Airasia X is trying to sell the extras, I think it does not translate to enough income yet for it to turn into good profits.

On its major costs, See below.

Balance Sheet

For Airasia X’s balance sheet, it will be looking for immediate cash (similar to the IHH’s IPO symptom) to beef up its balance sheet. In fact, more than 55% of the funds to be raised will be for debt repayment. Also look at the cash level. Remember, a huge sum of Airasia’s model is based on early cash collection. Hence, it is collecting upfront ahead of its flights which would be scheduled later on. Look at the accounts payable as well as sales in advance figure (a whopping RM271.5 million against cash of just RM24.8 million as at 30 June 2012). Those upfront collected cash are parked under the sales in advance until the flights take off. The more it is in this situation, the more dire it needs to sell early and at very cheap price.

AirAsia X’s Balance Sheet is obviously not strong which is why it needs funds quick. Look at the cash level while long term debt is almost RM1 billion.

Shares on offer

AirAsia X is offering 790,123,500 shares out of which 197,530,900 are offer shares from current shareholders. According to reports fromBernama via, it is trying to raise RM760 million. An updated report says that Airasia X is trying to price the shares at between RM1.20 to RM1.40. Assuming it is priced at the low end of RM1.20, hence could potentially be valuing AirAsia X a whopping RM2.844 billion. That’s very expensive for an airlines which is still small although riding on Airasia’s branding.

Enlarged share capital upon listing

As in other IPOs of recent, the shares are being offered to again mostly institutions. There are only 3% on offer to retail investors. After Astro’s IPO which I think most of them are still underwater, I wonder how many will pick up – especially the MITI’s portion. Hence, people will learn that there are no free lunches in IPOs.

With the limited routes and just 11 planes in the balance sheet, I think I’ll give this a pass especially with the assumingly high price for still a loss making company.

Purchased aircraft

For any potential investors, it is a high price for purchasing hope. From here, I can say that a low costs long haul may be a different ball game. I like Airasia, but not this one although I myself like the cheap flights.

Malaysiaairlinesfamilies say the article above is well-presented and well-validated with facts after a heedful deliberation from the public.
While we are providing facts-finding and conclusive reports assisting the public from being blindly and gullibly trapped in those scamming projects, please stay tune to us in malaysiaairlinesfamilies and airasiafamilies for more inputs on AirAsia’s IPO and other scams.

AirAsia is winding up business in April 2013 due to non-compliance to regulatory standard!

AirAsia did not meet regulatory standard?

AirAsia granted 6 months to operate flights

Posted on 23 November 2012 – 05:36am

Presenna Nambiar

PETALING JAYA (Nov 23, 2012): AirAsia Bhd has been granted with an air operator’s certificate (AOC) by the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) to fly for another five months — instead of a two-year period — for not meeting regulatory standards, said sources. The current AOC is valid until April 2013.

Sources told SunBiz that AirAsia had only obtained a six-month AOC — an approval granted from the DCA to an aircraft operator to allow it to use aircraft for commercial purposes — after periodical audit findings by DCA showed shortcomings in AirAsia’s flight operations procedures and practices including flawed communications between flight operations and pilots, an outdated manual and flight operations not in keeping with the manual.

The six-month period allows for AirAsia to work with the DCA to bring its flight operations procedures and practices up to mark.

It is also understood that AirAsia’s head for flight operations has been changed due to the action.

Three key posts in an airline are nominated with the approval of the DCA, namely the head for flight operations, engineering maintenance system and crew training.

“The fact that they have not grounded AirAsia aircraft shows that it’s not a serious safety issue, but this action still serves as a warning,” one source told SunBiz.

Scheduled commercial airlines based in Malaysia are awarded two-year renewals of AOC by DCA.

In other markets, depending on the track record of the airline, AOCs can be valid for up to five years before a renewal is due.

While the audit is a biennial affair, the DCA conducts inspections on airlines at least once a year.

According to another source, a two-year renewal is given if airlines meet standards set by the regulator. Otherwise they are given a period of time, depending on the issue, to comply before a renewal of AOC is given, or it is revoked entirely.

In the event of a withdrawal of an AOC, the airline can work to meet standards set and re-apply for an AOC which will have to be approved by the Cabinet.

AirAsia and DCA officials did not respond to questions sent via e-mail, as at press time.

An industry observer said it is unlikely that AirAsia will let the situation progress to an outright withdrawal of AirAsia’s AOC, ultimately grounding its flights.

“They (AirAsia) will definitely address whatever issues DCA have and make sure they bring in the right people and fire the wrong people, because too much is at stake.”

He added that while the action taken by DCA is unlikely to have any financial impact on AirAsia as a company, it may impact its reputation as an airline and its ability to secure the best deals for financing in the future.

Civil Aviation Authority of United Kingdom or CAA

CAA Advice To Passengers Hit By Long Delays

Date: 23 October 2012

A judgment today at the European Court means passengers will now be able to claim compensation from airlines for delayed flights in some situations. Following the judgement, the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is offering new advice to passengers in the event their flight is delayed.

Today’s Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) judgment in the case of TUI Travel and others v CAA confirms that passengers whose flights arrive more than three hours late may be entitled to compensation for the delay in line with EC Regulation 261/2004, unless extraordinary circumstances, outside their airline’s control, delayed the flight.

The right to compensation for delayed flights is not set out expressly in Regulation EC261/2004, so TUI and others brought the case, which has now clarified the situation. Today’s judgment offers clarity for consumers and the industry.

The CAA has now updated its Passenger Portal – a dedicated passenger advice section of its website – to ensure that people have access to clear, unbiased information about their rights and what they should do if they have a complaint. Access the advice here.

Iain Osborne, CAA Director of Regulatory Policy said, “Every year around 200 million passengers travel on two million flights to and from the UK, with the vast majority experiencing no problems. However, when something does go wrong, there are regulations in place to protect travellers, and the CAA is ready to ensure companies abide by them.

“Today’s judgment from the Court of Justice of the European Union offers much needed clarity for passengers, the airline industry and the CAA about when compensation must be paid following delays.”

As the UK’s enforcement body, the CAA provides a free mediation service to any passenger having trouble resolving complaints against airlines or airports. Before contacting the CAA, passengers should contact the airline first, to give them an opportunity to consider their claim.

More information about the CAA’s Passenger Advice and Complaints Team.

The European Union is separately reviewing provision of assistance and compensation to passengers under the EC Regulation 261/2004 rules. The CAA looks forward to playing a full part in that review as it progresses.

The CAA’s Passenger Portal can be found at:

For further media information contact the CAA Press Office on: 0207 453 6030;

Follow the CAA on @UK_CAA.

Notes to Editors:
1. The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) judgment can be found here: CJEU Decision.

2. Today’s judgment confirms a previous decision by the CJEU about the right to compensation for lengthy delays in the case of Sturgeon v Condor Flugdienst GmbH and Bock and others v Air France (19 November 2009).

3. The High Court in the UK (alongside the German High Court) asked the CJEU for further interpretation of the judgment given in the Sturgeon case following a challenge by several airlines to the CAA’s willingness to enforce claims for compensation for delays.

4. Flight cancellations occur for a variety of reasons, some of which are outside the control of the airline. The right to financial compensation does not apply if the airline can demonstrate that the reason for the cancellation was an extraordinary event and was outside their control. Extraordinary circumstances vary from case to case but could include problems like extreme weather conditions or strikes. Even if there are extraordinary circumstances leading to a cancellation, you are still entitled to care and
assistance including food, drinks and hotel accommodation where appropriate.

5. The CAA is the UK’s specialist aviation regulator. Its activities include: making sure that the aviation industry meets the highest technical and operational safety standards; preventing holidaymakers from being stranded abroad or losing money because of tour operator insolvency; planning and regulating all UK airspace; and regulating airports, air traffic services and airlines and providing advice on aviation policy from an economic standpoint.

Our small claim court has also made a similar decision against AirAsia for flight delay/cancellation in “Now Everyone Can Sue.

Tony Fernandez hates Diwali because he thinks he’s English!

No Diwali wishes for Tony Fernandez

First things first.

Happy Diwali to all my Hindu Malaysian brothers and sisters. May the lights of Diwali strengthen our resolve to let good triumph over evil, right triumph over wrong, truth over lies and slanders, charity over greed, and peace and serenity over loud and chaos.

The last two are not usual Hindu wishes. It is just us adding our own wishes to save the soul of Tony Fernandez. We would have wanted to wish him Diwali but a commentator told us that Tony Fernandez hate to be wished Diwali.

Some commentators viewed our bitching of Tony Fernandez as racism against Indians. Do perish such thoughts.

He may gained the help of tycoon Ananda Krishan to get the appointment with Tun Dr Mahathir to sell the idea of them buying Air Asia from Hicom in those days. But it has nothing to do with his Indian blood or something for the Indian community.

Tony Fernandez is British and a Christian. Can’t you notice his English accent?

That is the reason he bought QPR and is ever willing to languish near the bottom of table and currently at the bottom of the English Premier League. Never mind that his father is a Cristang (Malaccan Portugese descended), he likes to believe his motherland is Britain.

Unfortunately, the British Spots Channel still described him as Malaysian tycoon. Given to us, we would have liked to call him a TY–CON, but we’ll be insulting our friendly and pleasurable neighbour, the Thais.

Perhaps, MyCon is appropriate. It should remind him of his MyTeam and how he stabbed Khairy in the back at the end of father-in-law’s premiership after benefiting so much.

airasiafamilies says “True Malaysian Indian and Hindu won’t do that because we’re civilized 1 Malaysia unlike Tony Fernandez he’s not civilized yet”.

Tony Fernandez is just following his role model of Richard Branson mastery gimmick who are usually subtly conniving in their manouvre and heartless at the end to deliver the final kill. He emulated and copied the British bloke turned knight, Sir Richard Branson although the man bailed out on him.

Tony Fernandez is a Christian.

Make no bones about that. The sports pages are reporting that he will decide on Mark Hughes future as coach after Christmas and the Boxing Day’s line of fixtures.

Not after Diwali.

Ah … Tony Fernandez! Does he thinks his low caste (class) carrier concept ….opps sorry, we meant to be low cost carrier concept works in the English premier League?

AirAsia is truly a LOW CLASS AIRLINES with that of LOW CLASS MENTALITY like TONY FERNANDEZ running it. So technically, TONY FERNANDEZ is a LOW CLASS MY-CON with cheap bastard public behavior – compliments from us in airasiafamilies.

It doesn’t even work for Long Haul flights and soon Short Haul flights will die of natural death.

As a Christian, Tony Fernandez should be open to other faith. He needs all the blessing from the lights of Diwali in his struggle against evil, wrong and lies. And he needs more blessing to maintain peace and prosperity for himself.

Latest new – Khairy is no more there to open door for him. He can boast of the Indonesian market but it is not working out. His other Air Asian is not as superb as the Malaysian market that still entertained the crap he gave on others.

Tony Fernandez is getting restless. He wanted to see the Prime Minister but the man is uninterested. So he goes for some of the PM’s officers, but refuse to be given time for him.

So Tony Fernandez had to resort to using his Melayu chai, Ali Bakar.

In that meeting, things do not go down well with Tony Fernandez. Serve him right for playing out that number of Malaysia Airport. Now the Government of Malaysia do not trust him anymore after a video was recorded against Tony Fernandez whacking Bashir for not following his orders to exempt tax for his AirAsia. This time, we heard the years of tax exemption Tony Fernandez asked from Bashir was 20 years FREE OF TAX. Man…that’s a huge saving for AirAsia where Tony Fernandez will continue to pocket all taxes paid by AirAsia passengers.

Forget about building that 10 storey building as high as the control tower at KLIA to mark his presence. [Read Rocky Bru here.]

The guys doesn’t get it, does he?

Khairy is no more in government to help him. There is no more Dato Chan Kong Choy to help him. He is more concern of his court case than fighting for Air Asia’s interest.

With his Batavia Air deal tanked and back home, Malindo Air is going to compete in his turf, Tony Fernandez has no story to tell the world. Air Asia X on expansion? Kah kah kah …. are you sure Tony Fernandez?

Low cost around the world in 8 days? That is 10 times faster than Phileas Fogg’s feat at the turn of the 19th century. Only The Star would try sell such story for their program sponsor.

The grapevine is saying that in his desperation, Tony Fernandez has resorted to dirty play.

Since Dato Najib refused him, he is using opposition cybertroopers and Tony Pua to spread rumours that Malindo Air got the liecense to operate from Kuala Lumpur because Dato Dr Jamaluddin Jarjis is a shareholder of NADI and indirectly linked to Malindo Airlines.

Why stop at Tony Pua? Tony Fernandez should also used the other soiled whistleblowers like Rafizi Ramli, Nurul Izzah (the KY Jelly’s daughter) and Dr Dzulkifli Ahmad.

Neither JJ nor his son sits as member of the Board of Directors of NADI or Malindo Airlines. JJ’s company DZJJ used to be shareholders of Airod but it has been diluted substantially and Tan Sri Ahmad Johan is the majority shareholder and the current driver seat.

Do your homework la, Tony Fernandez.

JJ owned Airod when he was not in government but as a corporate businessmen. The least he could have spin was say that DZ of DZJJ is Daim Zainuddin. Then he would helped opposition get themselves in a mess of a spin.

Tony F calling Lion Air an Indian

Tony Fernandez is also going around using opposition leaders and cybertrooper to question Lion Air’s safety record. Thanks Tony for making opposition looking pea-brained and stupid.

If they not had a safety record, Lion Air would have asked for majority and NADI would not have been roped in to undertake majority stake in Malindo Airlines.

Read this episode on Bigdog’s here.

For Tony to question Lion Air’s safety record, he should look in the mirror and try to convince himself that Air Asia is also safe to fly with.

Bigdog’s here reported that:

The market is buzzing about the story that Air Asia received a very stern letter from DCA with regards to their operations. Apparently, the alleged DCA technical audit report dated 26 September had these findings:

1.0. ‘Flight Following’ which is the Communications between Flight Operations and pilots are flawed. Issues raised have not been addressed properly

2. There are failures detected in the Director of Flight Operations discharging his duties:

2.1. It is believed that the operations manual has not been updated

2.2. The execution of the flight operations is not in accordance to their manual

3.0. There is a management system failure where the lower graded staff not executing their task in accordance to the flight operations manualIt was said DCA recommended the Air Asia’s Flight Operations and Director of Flight Operations be reviewed.

As such, it was said in certain quarters that on 1 October DCA only renewed Air Asia’s Airlines Operation Certified (AOC) for six months. It will be reviewed only after all the issues have been addressed and resolve. Air Asia should quickly mitigate all these. If their Flight Operations people are not the right people, then they have to review the team as per the said DCA recommendations. All these got to be implemented very quickly, as Flight Operations is the heart and cardiovascular system of any air carriers. Our kaki inside MAHB, who is a former DCA man, confirmed.

It reminded us of an airline joke of Air India getting into engine trouble on flight over water. The captain requested passengers that can swim to be on the right side and those that can’t swim to move to the left.

He gave instruction to the passengers on the right side of what to do when the plance crash-land into the water. And he wished those on the left, “Thank you for flying Air India.”

For those travelling by Air Asia over the Diwali holidays, make sure you can swim.

Happy Diwali to Tony F. Boy, you sure need it.

Article hijacked from Another Brick in the Wall but we added a bit of spice for Tony Fernandez who happens to be our regular reader too. Yeah…we know you’re reading us Tony Fucker Fernandez. Happy Diwali to you again!!!
